Pro Tip: Always store your acrylic brushes with bristles facing down to prevent monomer from seeping into the ferrule. Hanging them is ideal, but always follow your state board’s guidelines for proper storage.
Gel Brushes

Brush Cleaning Tips

Acrylic Brushes: Clean with monomer only. Avoid acetone, alcohol, or other solvents—they dry out natural bristles. If needed, add just a few drops of acetone to monomer for stubborn product buildup.

Gel Brushes: Wipe off excess gel, reshape the tip, and store covered. Never use alcohol or Swipe—residual gel keeps the bristles conditioned and dust-free.

Art Brushes: Clean with clear gel on a mixing tile. Work out paint gently without pressing the bristles. Once clean, roll the brush to a point to maintain its shape.
